Dave was appointed to the Steinhoff International board as an
independent non-executive director in December 2007.
Dave is a board member of the National Business Initiative, chairman of
the Business Trust and a vice president of the Institute of Directors in
South Africa. He is also a member of the Millennium Labour Council. In
2010, Dave was appointed by the board of Steinhoff International as the
lead independent non-executive director. |
